21 days/year for first 5 years of service. 30 days/year after 5 years. Weekends and public holidays are NOT counted as leave days.
Full payFirst 30 days: Full pay. Next 60 days: Half pay. Final 30 days: Unpaid. Doctor certificate required from day 1.
120 days total10 weeks total. 6 weeks after delivery mandatory. Can start up to 4 weeks before expected delivery. Additional 1 month unpaid available.
Female only · Full pay3 days paid leave for fathers on birth of a child. Must be taken immediately after birth. 2025 amendments confirmed this entitlement.
Male only · 3 days full pay10 days paid Hajj leave once per employment at any company. You must not have performed Hajj before. Cannot be taken in first year of employment.
Once per employer · Full pay3 days paid for death of immediate family (parent, spouse, child, sibling). This is separate from annual leave and cannot be deducted from your leave balance.
